OPT OUT Policy

At Rising Bulls, we respect your time and your inbox. We provide our high-value stock alerts and market news as a free service, but we understand if you no longer wish to receive communications from us. This policy outlines how you can quickly and easily remove yourself from our distribution lists.

1. Email OPT OUT (Unsubscribe)

Every email sent from Rising Bulls contains an automated “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of the message.

  • How to do it: Simply scroll to the footer of any email received from us and click the “Unsubscribe” or “Manage Preferences” link.

  • Processing Time: Your request will be processed immediately; however, in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours for our systems to fully update. You will not receive any further marketing or alert emails from us once the process is complete.

2. SMS/Mobile Alert OPT-OUT

If you have subscribed to our instant mobile alerts via SMS, you have full control over these notifications.

  • How to do it: To stop receiving text alerts, simply reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a single confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS alerts unless you choose to re-subscribe. Standard message and data rates may apply until the opt-out is processed.

3. Browser Push Notifications

If you have opted-in to receive browser-based notifications (pop-ups) from Rising Bulls:

  • How to do it: These notifications are controlled through your specific web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.). To opt-out, go to your browser’s Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Notifications and switch the permission for risingbulls.com to “Block.”

4. Telegram or Social Media Groups

If you have joined our community via Telegram or other social platforms:

  • How to do it: You can opt-out at any time by simply leaving the group or channel. Right-click or long-press the Rising Bulls channel and select “Leave Channel” or “Delete and Exit.”

5. Data Removal Requests

If you wish for us to completely delete your information from our database (Right to be Forgotten), please contact our support team.

  • Email: support@risingbulls.com

  • Subject Line: “Data Removal Request”

  • Details: Please include the email address and/or phone number you wish to have removed.

6. No "Re-subscription" Without Consent

Rising Bulls does not “auto-enroll” users who have previously opted out. If you wish to receive our alerts again in the future, you will need to manually sign up via our website.

7. Contact Us

If you experience any issues while trying to opt-out, or if you continue to receive messages after unsubscribing, please reach out to us immediately at support@risingbulls.com so we can resolve the technical issue manually.
